1. How long do we keep your data for?

Simmons retains data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. This means that we retain different categories of data for different periods of time depending on the category of user to whom the data relates, the type of data, and the purposes for which we collected the data.

Users may request deletion of their data any time by contacting webmaster@getsimmonsmedia.com.  We may retain data after a deletion request due to legal or regulatory requirements or for the reasons stated in this policy.
 

1. How do we respond to do-not-track signals?

The Site does not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. However, unfortunately no method of storage on or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data.

Simmons is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If users are children and we are informed of this, we will take steps to delete that information. The Site or App may include links to third-party websites or platforms we think may be of interest to you. Simmons is located in the United States. Our services and the Site and App are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. If you are visiting the Site and App from outside the United States and provide us with personal data, please note that your information will be accessed, transferred, stored and processed in the United States where the data protection laws may differ from those in the country where you are located. We do not share your personal data with third parties in this manner and have not done so in the last 12 months.
